Nicole grew up in Kings Point, New York, and Short Hills, New Jersey. For 20 years, she’s lived on the Upper East Side where she enjoys seeing familiar faces everywhere she goes and having easy access to the beauty of Central Park, where she regularly spends time with her children and Havapoo, Ruby. She received a BA in corporate communications from Baruch College, has an extensive background in advertising and marketing with Conde Nast and Crain’s New York, and is the PTA President of her children’s school. Nicole speaks English, Farsi, and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Hebrew. She is also a Broadway show buff and a foodie who never tires of trying new restaurants all over the city. For fun, she captures all of New York’s beauty and hottest luxury listings on her Instagram Page @NYPowerbroker which has been featured by ABC7 and The Daily News multiple times!
