AirbE is what happens if ChatGPT and your Airbnb had a robot child and we give it a smartphone.
Your chatbot uses the same technology behind ChatGPT, which means it has all the knowledge and communication skills of the world’s most advanced AI, but is “trained” or instructed to answer based on the information it’s provided. All that’s needed to start is…

AirbE continuously learns after its initial training, so it doesn’t get stuck in time with outdated information. You and guests can provide feedback to easily update its memory. Whenever any detail about the property changes or it says something wrong, you simply hit a button next to that response and correct it directly in the chat window. When it’s asked again, it’ll respond with your corrected answer.

STEP 1: PROVIDE INFORMATION
STEP 2: TEST & Train YOUR BOT
After your submission is reviewed/approved (usually within 3 working days), you’ll be emailed a link to test your bot. Chat with it and ask questions as if you were a guest. If it answers correctly, hit “thumbs up”. If it responds incorrectly or not exactly the way you want, hit “thumbs down” and provide the correct or better answer. This is the most manual part of training and how you will continue to update your bot if any details about your property changes.
STEP 3: Make it live
When you’re happy with how the bot responds, hit the “publish” button.
You’ll be presented with payment options. Once your payment information is processed, you’ll have a 7-day free trial (up to 100 messages), after which you’ll be charged $10/month.
We’ll email you a link to the live bot. If you opted for the SMS add-on (+$5/month), the email will contain a telephone number guests can text.
STEP 4: Share with guests
Now, simply share your AirbE’s link or telephone number in communication with guests – whether in emails, text exchanges, signage, or even print it in your house manual.

- The TV remote is on the living room side table. Press the red button to power up.
- The washer and dryer are in the utility closet; detergent pods are under the kitchen sink.
Room-by-Room Guide
- Living Room: The entertainment system’s instructions are in the top drawer of the TV stand.
- Kitchen: All appliances are user-friendly, and we encourage you to use them. Cleaning supplies are under the sink.
Extra Linens
- You’ll find extra linens and towels in the hallway closet on the second floor, marked with a blue ribbon for your convenience. If you require additional bedding for the sofa bed, these are located in the storage ottoman in the living room.
Quirks and Tips
Heating System: Our vintage heater adds to the charm of our home but can be a bit finicky. For optimal warmth, turn the dial to 70°F and give it about 15 minutes to fully warm up the house. If it’s a particularly chilly night, the throw blankets in the living room are wonderfully cozy.
Hot Water: The hot water for the shower in the upstairs bathroom takes a moment to greet you in the mornings. Let the shower run for a minute or two, and it will get steaming hot.
